She Connects: Vision & Direction for 2026

An intentional afternoon of reflection, release, and aligned planning

Let’s make this January about choosing direction with clarity, rather than chasing after random new years resolutions and join us for a 2.5-hour guided She Connects workshop designed to help you gently close 2025 and step into 2026 feeling aligned and intentional with other fellow Femme Palette women.

This intimate event is your space to pause and reconnect with what truly matters to you — personally and professionally.

Through a mix of female circle practices, meditation, journaling, and structured annual planning, we’ll work on:

• Releasing anxiety, tension and pattern that no longer serve you

• Gaining clarity on what you want to invite into 2026

• Setting meaningful intentions for your personal life

• Defining professional development goals that support your growth (not KPIs or company targets)

Expect a calm, supportive atmosphere with tea, nourishing snacks, and thoughtful guidance. A space to let go, dream again, and create a plan that feels aligned with your inner self.

This is not about doing more. It’s about choosing intention, clarity, and self-trust.

This workshop will be led by Valeria from our Femme Palette Community. For the past seven years, she has guided women through healing, connection, and self-discovery as a transformational coach and facilitator of cacao ceremonies and women’s circles. Her work is rooted in care, empathy, and the gentle power of presence. Valeria creates a space free of judgment or competition, where growth is celebrated and authenticity is welcomed.
